NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-023622 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES DUONG A/K/A PHONG DUONG A/K/A QUANG NHUT DUONG, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, BLOCK 6, GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 1B-2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 212 through 220 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
