LOT 40, BLOCK 13, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1C, VILLAGES 3/4/5/6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9335 MANDRAKE CT, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on May 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
