NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002555 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MARCIA TAVERAS A/K/A MARCIA M. TAVERAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
