NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 17 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001163 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Astrid Rondon, Aurelio Milian, Harris NA, Suntrust Bank, Suntrust Bank, a Foreign Corporation Authorized to Transact Business in the State of Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
