Final Judgment was awarded on February 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-019795, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and NIDIA FLORES; RAUL O. FLORES; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JAMES MCCOY; JANE DOE N/K/A NATALIE SIAMANIEGO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL; COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 72; THENCE ALONG THE COMMON LINES BETWEEN LOTS 72 AND 73 (OF SAID GROVE POINT VILLAGE - UNIT II) SOUTH 52 DEGREES 59' 30” EAST 37.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 37 DEGREES 00' 30” WEST, 7.30 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 37 DEGREES 00' 30” WEST, 2.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 52 DEGREES 59' 30” EAST, 5.30 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID COMMON LINE NORTH 37 DEGREES 00' 30” EAST 2.70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 52 DEGREES 59' 30” WEST, 5.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
