NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 5th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 14, 378.25 FEET THENCE S. 85° 36' E., 243 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S. 85° 36' E., 200 FEET; THENCE NORTH 383.15 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 14; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY 200 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 380.94 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THAT PART THEREOF LYING NORTH OF THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD. PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
