NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-025847 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Deborah Beisel; Barbara Gil; Walter Granda; Lawrence K Huber; Rosalee A. Huber; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, BLOCK 1, BAY CREST PARK UNIT NO 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 37 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
