NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-010567 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and DOMINGO A. RODRIGUEZ, AMANDA Y. BIES, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA Y. BIES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOMINGO A. RODRIGUEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 4, SEFFNER RIDGE ESTATES UNIT NO. 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 66, of the Public Records of HIllsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
