NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-001308 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and BETSY DIAZ, VICTOR F. DIAZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA Y. GRIMSLEY, CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. C/O KELLY A. KARSTAEDT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, SUNTRUST BANK, A FOREIGN CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A MICHAEL WRIGHT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 35 and Lot 36, Block G, Map of Hillsboro Heights, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
