Consent Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on December 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-012428, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and JUNE M. CLARK; KRYSTEN LOVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE M. CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRYSTEN LOVE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; STERNBROOKE, INC. D/B/A SERVPRO OF TARPON/WEST TAMPA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 7942, LANDMARK CIRCLE, BLDG 17, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 711, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
