Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 10, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING 10, WINDING CREEK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 99 THROUGH 101 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4864, PAGE 1782 AT SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2400 WINDING CREEK BLVD #103, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
