NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on April 21, 2015, beginning at 6:00 P.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, to consider the petition of Jann Russell and Michael Cousin to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:
The East 15 feet of the 30 foot wide right of way lying adjacent to the
West boundary of Lot 29, Pinellas Groves, Plat Book 1, Page 55,
located in Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 15 East,
Pinellas County, Florida.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
