Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 31, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 44, BAY RIDGE TERRACE - UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11554 63RD AVENUE, SEMINOLE, FL 33772; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
