LOT 93, LAKE SHORE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 93 OAK AVE., PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
