NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-6657-CI in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF KATHLEEN HAWTHORNE C/O DECEMBER BALL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2015. www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2813, COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88-105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 IN OR BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2625 STATE ROAD 590 # 2813,CLEARWATER, FL 33759.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
