NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002163 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and ALBERTO E. CASAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERTO E. CASAS; PINEBROOK MANOR ASSOCIATION INC; TROPICAL FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 5, PINEBROOK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
