NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit 1501, Building 15, CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, as recorded in O.R. Book 5510, Page 1765, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 68, Pages 28-37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1751 Lake Cypress Drive, Safety Harbor, Florida, 34695.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 5, 2015.
