NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case Number CASE NO.: 11-005678-CI, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said County, described as:
The East 35 Feet of Lot 18 and the West 27 feet of Lot 17, Block B, METEOR PLAZA, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 7th day of May, 2015, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
