NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015 and entered in Case Number 13-009330-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Marcella R. Wicke, Trustee of the Joseph A. Wicke and Marcella R. Wicke Trust, Dated January 19, 1990 is the Plaintiff and Jon J. Wicke, Susan M. Wicke, Federal Trust Services LLC, a Florida limited liability Company, Rome Trust Holdings, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company as Trustee Under a Trust Agreement and Known as Trust No. 1808, Dated May 13, 2013, Bank of America, N.A., Unknown Party in Possession No. 1 (Chelsea Hancock) and Unknown Party in Possession No. 2 (Reana Hatton), are Defendants; Ken Burke, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 350, BEACON GROVES UNIT #5, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73, Pages 61-62, according to the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
