That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 10, Apartment No. D, together with the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MISSION HILLS, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3665, Pages 870 through 931, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 45 through 57, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The street address of which is 1506 Flint Drive West, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 18, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
