That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit No. 108, Building 379, PARKLANE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 69, Pages 79 through 84, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. 5551, Page 1082, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
