NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 1st day of June, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Orange County, Florida:
The North 196.4 feet of the South 407.8 feet of the East 193 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 21 South Range 28 East, Orange County, Florida. (Less the South 15 feet, and also Less the East 30 feet for Road Right of Way).
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
