NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009938-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and DONNA B. BARENTINE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of May, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 16 AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK E, CARVER TOWN FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK R, AT PAGE 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
