NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, Case No2013-CA-005089-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
