NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010614-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB Successor in Interest to Indymac Federal Bank, F.S.B. Successor in Interest to Indymac Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Tunia Aguilar; Unknown Spouse of Tunia Aguilar; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deeased, the respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, as Nominee for Indymac Bank, F.S.B.; Whisper Lakes Master Community Association, Inc.; Whisper Lakes Unit 2 Homeowners Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved of Presently Existing, together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, WHISPER LAKES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
