Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 14, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on March 09, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 26, MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 34, 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 11, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
