NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 9, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 08-2011-CA-000859 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, is the Plaintiff and MORILUS A BENOIT; CLAIREMONDE JEAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A REGINE BENOIT; TENANT #2 N/K/A MYTSOU F. BENOIT are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
