Final Judgment was awarded on April 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 1201683CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH W. SILBER A/K/A ELIZABETH ANN SILBER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH W. SILBER, DECEASED; BERKSHIRE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALAN SCOTT HARLE; DOLLY ROSS; JEAN HASKELL A/K/A MARGARET JEAN HASKELL are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse in the lobby on the 3rd floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on May 4, 2015, at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
