NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-345 in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and AMY CHAPMAN, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM on May 4, 2015 at: 11:00 AM Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24 OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB- PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGES 33 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1958 PAR DRIVE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34120
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
