Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 7, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 41, ADDISON RESERVE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 51 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 135 GLEN EAGLE CIR, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on May 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
