NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1300120CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST is Plaintiff and EDWARD H. HALL A/K/A EDWARD HALL; DAWN D. HALL A/K/A DAWN HALL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR VIRTUALBANK, A DIVISION OF LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK; REGIONS BANK; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOICATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
