NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005308 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ, et al., are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 4 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 142, FOREST PARK, Phase III, according to the plat thereof of record in Plat Book 39, page(s) 49 through 55, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
