NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002778, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FIDELIO ARO; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DANA KAUFMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DENNIS KAUFMAN, are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 14, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
