NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-02466-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Paul A. Sabatino is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex,
Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of May, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 91 OF HERITAGE BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10414 Smokehouse Bay Drive, Naples, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
