Ramirez in the Circuit Court of The Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida and bears a caption of Ofra Real Estate, LLC vs. Roldan M. Ramirez, et al., Case Number 14-CA- 1988 in regards to the property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as:
The North 150 feet of Tract 86, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 87, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 26, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on or before May 18, 2015, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is David, T. Lupo, Esq., Law Office of Sam J. Saad III, 2670 Airport Road South, Naples, FL 34112 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
