NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 14, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-01726-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of May, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block 103, Twineagles, Phase Two, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 41 through 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
