NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Uniform Final Judgment was awarded on February 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA003358AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A.. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT B. ENGLE; MARIE A. ENGLE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on May 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, OF WANNER'S ELROAD PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
