NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA003649 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Leonard G. Snyder; Unknown Spouse of Leonard G. Snyder; Sandra E. Cosman a/k/a Sandra Cosman f/k/a Sandra Cosman-Snyder; Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, ELBERT COURT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF STREETS VACATED IN MANATEE COUNTY COMMISSION, MINUTE BOOK 12, PAGE 316 OF SAID RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
