NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 2013CA006871AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DENNIE RUTH ALEXANDER A/K/A DENNIE PATZKOWSKI ALEXANDER A/K/A DENNIE RUTH BULLOCK, DECEASED; DIANA M. LAYDEN A/K/A DIANA LAYDEN; HAROLD MCBRIDE; CONNIE BISHOP; DESOTO SQUARE VILLAS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 409, BUILDING B, DESOTO SQUARE VILLAS, PHASE III, WOODPARK, BUILDING A, B, AND C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 914, PAGES 1624 THROUGH 1683, AS AMENDED THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 77 THROUGH 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
