NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-053148 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association not in its Capacity but Solely as Owner Trustee for CPHF Trust I is the Plaintiff and Barbara Johnson; Unknown spouse of Barbara Johnson; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Clerk of Court of Lee County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 57, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 194, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
