Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8 day of April, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CA-2156 in the County Circuit of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ATHENA AT OLYMPIA POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, THOMAS THANH-VAN NGUYEN and LOAN THI LE are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of May, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
