NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-051234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JEANETTE PRICE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 13, San Carlos Park, Units No. 3 and No. 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 11, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
