LADER A/K/A WILLIAM LADER; MICHAEL LADER; STEPHANIE LOPEZ HUHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM J. LADER A/K/A WILLIAM LADER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL LADER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE LOPEZ HUHN; BOTANICA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MARIE C. CAMPESE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
