NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054208 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DAVID LOUIS SCOZZAFAVA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 40 feet of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12, Block 3, PALMETTO PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 23, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
