NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-051008 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Leonardo Herrera and Maria Irma Gonzalez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SAID SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 1053 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' RIGHT IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION RUN A DISTANCE OF 395 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' LEFT IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION RUN A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE TO THE LEFT OF 90° 18' IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION OF 50 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' LEFT IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION, RUN A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 25 FEET AND A UTILITY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 5 FEET THEREOF.
SAID PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS LOT 216, IMPERIAL GATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 59, PAGE 251, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
