NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated March 9, 2015 and entered in Case No. 51-2013 CA1969 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Concord Station Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Carmel P. Alamban and Alan A. Alamban, are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.broward.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 28 day of APRIL, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
