NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on March 25, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 158 of the unrecorded plat of Angus Valley, Unit 2. A tract of land lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the stated Section 2, thence North 00°30'00” East (assumed bearing) a distance of 5,570.36 feet; thence continue N. 89°49'48” E., a distance of 300.05 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N. 89°49'48” E., a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S. 00°30'00” W., a distance of 200.02 feet; thence S. 89°49'48” W., a distance of 100 feet; thence N. 00°30'00” E., a distance of 200.02 feet to the Point of Beginning;

Said sale will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
