NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004874-WS, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. BUYEA AND BRIAN BUYEA; are the Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of July, 2015, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 63, COLONIAL MANOR, UNIT NINE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 82, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
