Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; Go thence North 89Ëš23'20” West, a distance of 377.83 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89Ëš23'20” West, a distance of 258.54 feet; thence North 00Ëš26'05” West, a distance of 676.89 feet; thence South 89Ëš23'20” East, a distance of 253.94 feet (This Distance should be 258.94 feet); thence South 00Ëš26'05” East, a distance of 676.86 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Less the Easterly and the Northerly 25.00 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
Less the South 335.90 feet thereof.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before May 18 2015, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
