NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-005038WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KRISTLE D. HENRY A/K/A KRISTLE HENRY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; DON HENRY, III, A/K/A DON A. HENRY, III, A/K/A DON ANDERSON HENRY, III and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of May, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 121, A REVISED PLAT OF THE TOWN OF NEW PORT RICHEY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
